Although I finished my career, I’m still passionate about swimming, and I try to instill this passion in the athletes I train. Among others, I’m a swimming coach for triathlets and masters swimmers at Warsaw Masters Team. I also give individual lessons to a few swimmers and help them prepare for the upcoming season.

I participated in competitions held not only in swimming pools but also in open water – mainly swimming marathons in Poland, although I competed once in the European Junior Championship in Milano where I ranked 14th in a 5km race.
I draw on the experience of my older colleagues – coaches of swimming, strength training and physiotherapists. At the same time, I don’t keep my knowledge only to myself. I’m open to discussion on training, because I know that it is the fastest way to grow as a teacher, athlete and coach.
I also write about swimming, strength training and widely-understood training theory. Some of my articles can be found on the internet and some were published in a magazine “Bieganie” (“Running”) in the section devoted to triathlon.
I don’t confine myself to a narrow way of thinking. As a swimming coach, I keep developing, learning and seeking new solutions.
I’m not trying to sell a product wrapped in marketing mumbo jumbo, therefore I don’t need to convince anybody that one method is better than the rest. I prefer to match a method to the needs of an individual athlete and use those means which seem the most efficient in given circumstances.
What I value the most in a swimmer is the conviction that everyone who works hard enough is able to fulfill ambitious goals. Only then do I feel that our cooperation makes sense. Full dedication on both sides and teamwork are necessary to achieve the desired results.
I only work with people who are motivated.
Awareness is very important.
I expect full dedication and cooperation.
I don’t like to compartmentalize my work, especially if it involves devising a list of services with rigid prices. I prefer individualized approach to every swimmer and try to suggest those means which will be the most successful in achieving the desired results.
Depending on conditions and needs, my offer includes individual as well as group classes. In my experience, long-term cooperation is the most effective. I work with individual clients, sports clubs and companies.

Our knowledge of sports training is still scarce. Often too scarce for coaches to successfully foresee the results of their training and help athletes in winning championship titles.
A warm-up is definitely the most unappreciated and ignored part of training, despite the huge amount of research proving its effectiveness and indispensability in sport.
If I were to choose one universal skill which directly influences swimming technique, I would, without any hesitation, point to the ability of maintaining proper body position in water.
